Donations

We help and support people who have encountered mental health problems in their everyday life.

An increasing number of us need help with mental health challenges. Too few of us receive support and are truly met. The Finnish Central Association for Mental Health helps and supports people who are already ill in living with mental health problems. Strong experiential knowledge is at the core of all our activities.

Every year, we meet thousands of people with mental health disorders and their families and friends. Some of the people have just fallen ill, while others have lived with the disease for a long time.

We organise activities online and face-to-face: we meet, listen, share experiences and information, and help find resources for everyday life. We welcome everyone who feels they need help.

By donating to the Finnish Central Association for Mental Health, you will support concrete work for people living with mental health problems.
